Provo is wonderful in Spring, and our Sparks II Apartments are no exception. Spring is our favorite time of the year, and it really shows; people are getting outside and taking advantage of the great amenities at Sparks II Apartments.

What sets us apart at Sparks II Apartments? Our convenient, among other things.

You can walk to almost any place you will need. Sparks II Apartments is close to Albertson’s for grocery shopping, and we are close to BYU for students. You can play frisbee at Central Park Park and grab a bite to eat at nearby Hogi Yogi.

We have a total of 36, each with at least 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. We have apartments for rent that have 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. We prefer singles and students at Sparks II Apartments, but can accommodate others as well in our sister apartments around the city. Give us a call for more information.

We do not allow pets.
