We offer affordable and clean off campus university housing. We have 2 bed/1 bath and 3 bed/2 bath units. Our single student rooms can be rented as two-person or private rooms.
Three of the extras we offer are approved BYU single student housing, close to BYU and Internet included.
The nearest full-service grocery store is Albertson’s. Two nearby eateries are Hogi Yogi and Los Hermanos. Many of our residents enjoy dollar movies and Central Park which are in the neighborhood.
